Mr. Milstein is experienced in trademark law and other intellectual property matters having practiced in a large firm corporate environment at Rutan & Tucker LLP and in an in-house capacity at Quiksilver, Inc. prior to establishing his own firm, MilsteinLaw, APC.

Mr.Milstein's practice emphasizes management of large trademark portfolios, trademark filing strategies, and matters before the Trademark Trial And Appeal Board.  Mr. Milstein is also experienced in other areas of intellectual propertylaw including 

copyright and patent litigations.  Milstein practices in both state and federal courts, and has substantial experience in mediation and arbitration settings.

As a corporate attorney, Mr. Milstein has worked on a wide variety of matters including technology licenses, right of publicity issues, lease agreements, sponsorship agreements, web site and e-commerce policies, software agreements, and book publishing deals as well as other general contracts and business torts.
